We aim to ship out your order within 3 days of purchase. Depending on your location items can take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia and the USA), however it's generally around 5-7 days.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Sure! For all jewellery items except earrings (these can't be returned due to hygiene reasons), simply return the item unworn and in it's original packaging within 28 days for a refund, credit note or exchange. Any other items (notebooks, lipglosses etc) can also be returned unused and unopened in it's original packaging within 28 days for a refund, credit note or exchange.
We cannot refund the postage on returned items.

My item was broken, can I get a refund?
If there's something wrong with your item then please get in touch! All our packages are inspected before they're sent out, but sometimes things go wrong... we don't want you to be unhappy with your shopping experience with us, and we'd love a chance to set it right!

if we can repair the item, we will, otherwise we'll send you a replacement out as soon as possible.
